Our member only rides are arranged for each week, normally everyday except Friday.

No registration is necessary for the rides- Just turn up ten minutes before the ride time.

Rides are open to all members.

  • One of our signature rides.

  • Meet in the Starbucks or you'll find other riders cycling around the car park of Lord and Taylor, just before the ride.

  • Approx. 30 miles - we head north, up White Plains Road, through White Plains, Greenwich border and back through Port Chester to New Rochelle.

Recovery Ride 16 -32 Miles


This is the schedule and details for the 2023 U.S.I. Monday Night Ride

April - 3, 10, 17 &  24

May – 1, 8, 15 & 22

June – 5, 12, 19 & 26

July – 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31

August – 7, 14, 21 & 28

September – 11, 18 & 25

A total of 24 recovery rides for this year. There is no ride on May 29 (Memorial Day) or September 4 (Labor Day). 

On June 19, 2023, a special longest day of the year ride will take a route over Whippoorwill  Rd. in Armonk, N.Y. 

All rides will depart at 6:00 PM from the parking lot on Waller Ave., between Maple & Post Aves., in downtown White Plains, N.Y. 

Ride distance ranges from 16 miles to a full ride of 32 miles thru central Westchester Co. The pace is 16 MPH or less. No rider is drop and the group stays together. A helmet must be worn at all times and lights are highly recommended. In accordance with club policy, all e-bikes are prohibited. Any ride will be cancelled due to inclement weather at departure time in White Plains. Inclement weather include: snow, rain, high winds & lightning. 

Parking in White Plains is $2.00 per hour and is strictly enforced. No cue sheet is used on this ride.

Because of COVID-19 precautions, face coverings and social distancing is encourage at all stops. If you are not well, do not ride! If you have exposure or quarantine issues, do not ride!
